Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Business Operations Advisor to join the Network Operations Team in a Hybrid-Flex role. You will support operational planning, budgeting, data analysis and cross-functional projects to drive efficiency and cost savings.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience (or 5+ years without a degree) and may involve collaboration with internal and external partners; Salesforce experience is a plus. Hybrid work with in-person meetings at Durham HQ when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of experience in related field; 5+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide department, divisional and/or segment focused business and operational support including planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate, plan and facilitate departmental/divisional events and leadership sessions.
• Assist with workforce planning, staffing models and headcount tracking by budget and competency.
• Lead change management to support business and process improvements.
• Handle special projects and coordinate data gathering and research efforts under leadership direction.
