Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator who will monitor, control and manage operations to meet client expectations and company goals. This fully remote role collaborates with Service Managers and stakeholders to drive project delivery.

Responsibilities include liaising with customers, coordinating tasks, documenting meetings, and ensuring SOPs are followed while supporting contract administration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Lead internal project meetings with stakeholders and document minutes.
