Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Summer Intern for Business Marketing to support the premium brand and product value propositions. You will contribute to projects that drive qualified leads and activations for DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS, applying your education and skills and seeing real-world impact.

Qualifications

• UI/UX Design, Graphic Design; Digital Marketing, Business, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of Adobe Tools is helpful.
• Comfortable with data (trend reports, usage reports).
• Experience in virtual, cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience speaking with and presenting to leaders.
• Well-organized and able to prioritize.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and able to hold oneself accountable in a virtual environment.
• Paid media experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Write copy for a variety of communication channels including the website, ads, sell sheets, agency briefs.
• Work with internal partners and creative agencies to move projects from conception to completion with brand consistency.
• Identify market segmentation and targeting opportunities; learn how marketing campaigns are strategized and executed.
• Drill down on KPI analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Analyze website UX and suggest enhancements to improve user flow.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design and refresh website visuals.
