Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California bar membership.
• 3–9 years of active civil or business litigation defense experience.
• Proven ability to conduct depositions and draft dispositive motions.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil and business litigation cases from inception through resolution in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Take and defend lay and expert witness depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with partners on trial strategy and case file management.
