Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Business Intake Researcher to support its Information Governance and risk management function. This fully remote opportunity requires 5+ years in risk assessment or corporate research and a Bachelor's degree. Compensation is $30–$50/hour, with a six-month assignment and ~40 hours per week.

Candidates must reside in eligible U.S. states and be able to support due diligence, conflicts, and lateral-hire risk projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk assessment, investigative due diligence, or corporate research.
• Experience using public-record resources such as Lexis, Bloomberg, Dun & Bradstreet, TLO, SEC databases.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and due diligence practices.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and related entities to identify risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financial information, litigation history, and regulatory records.
• Analyze and synthesize information into concise research findings for attorneys.
• Support due diligence for new clients, matters, and potential lateral hires.
• Collaborate with conflicts and intake teams to identify issues during intake.
