Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Business Intake Researcher to support its Information Governance and risk management functions on a fully remote basis. The role requires experience in corporate due diligence, risk research, and legal business intake, with a six‑month assignment and potential permanent conversion.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in risk research, familiarity with Lexis/Bloomberg/D&B/TLO/SEC databases, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting risk assessment or investigative due diligence.
• Experience with corporate research and public-record resources.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and due diligence practices.
• Ability to interpret financial information and SEC filings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth risk and due diligence research on prospective clients and entities.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financials, litigation and regulatory history, and public records.
• Synthesize information into clear, concise research findings for attorneys and stakeholders.
• Support due diligence for new clients, matters, and potential hires.
• Assist with risk-related projects and conflicts/intake processes.
