Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or business.
• Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients and Skyline teammates on Nucor Skyline product capabilities to determine optimal steel foundation solutions.
• Prospect and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, agencies, and consultants in the territory.
• Partner with Skyline customers with in-house engineering to grow and develop relationships between teams.
• Minimum travel of 25% local and overnight is required.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) usage, tracking, and data management.
• Engage in industry marketing and education through presentations, conferences, and trade organizations.
• Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities for steel foundation products.
• Develop initiatives to promote Skyline into growth markets and execute on them.
• Safety is a core priority in all duties.
