Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in industrial automation or OEM manufacturing.
- Proven success building relationships with OEM customers and channel partners.
- Strong knowledge of VFDs, soft starters, motor controls, and automation solutions.
- Understanding of UL508A panels, PLC-based systems, and systems integration.
Aufgaben
- Meet sales goals for automation products and UL508A panels.
- Generate leads, develop opportunities, and close new business.
- Qualify leads and prioritize viable opportunities.
- Obtain product specs from target customers and approved vendor lists.
- Visit customer sites to review challenges and new applications.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and Sales Engineers to win opportunities.
- Develop and manage automation pipeline and work with cross-functional teams to close deals.
- Analyze financial data and KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
