Job summary

Acre Security is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the DACH and Eastern European regions. The role focuses on building relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners while accelerating adoption of Acre's cloud-based and physical security solutions.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience selling security or IT solutions, strong English and German communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology sales experience.
• German and English language skills.
• Experience with security/IT solutions preferred.
• CRM, PowerPoint, Excel proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities for Acre's cloud and on‑premise security solutions.
• Collaborate with regional sales, cloud BD, and partners to generate opportunities.
• Identify sales and project opportunities, prepare quotes, maintain pipeline.
• Forecast sales using CRM and tools.
• Attend trade shows and account-specific events.
• Build and maintain relationships to increase share of spend.
• Work with technology partners in the region.
• Execute consultative selling techniques to increase credibility.
• Network with Acre distribution partners to improve coverage.
• Create reports as directed by leadership.
