Job summary

CEQEL Critical Commissioning (CCCx) is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will lead the estimating, proposal, and preconstruction functions for critical infrastructure and smart technology projects, including hyperscale data centers, utilities, and industrial facilities.

Work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in business development, estimating, or preconstruction for critical infrastructure or advanced building technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating team and process for critical infrastructure and smart building projects.
• Direct take-offs, scope development, risk assessments and VE initiatives.
• Coordinate pricing strategies with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain cost models and performance benchmarks for future proposals.
• Lead client engagement from pre-RFP positioning through contract award.
