What You Will Do

• Develop new business with AV system integrators and contractors.
• Manage existing client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs tied to gross profit and activity metrics.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent.
• Attend industry trade shows and client meetings.

What We’re Looking For

• REQUIRED: 2+ years of staffing experience in AV, cable, or low voltage industries.
• Proven success building client relationships and generating revenue.
• Strong understanding of the AV staffing market.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
