Composites One LLC seeks a Business Development Manager – Advanced Resins to drive growth across pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, and Urethanes. You will collaborate with Product Manager, Commercial and Technical Teams, Operations, Procurement, and Suppliers to grow this product category.

You will be the technical expert, build annual growth plans, shape market strategies, help with pricing decisions, train teams, visit customers, and support trade shows.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in technical, business development, or related role focused on Advanced Resins.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites, or Chemical Engineering.
• Technical expertise in Advanced Resins (pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, Urethanes).
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with customer needs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an annual business development plan to position Composites One as premier partner.
• Develop market plans and tactics to support Product Marketing and internal plans.
• Recommend pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market share.
• Research, analyze market trends and competitive activity for growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product Manager to understand landscape and respond strategically.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers to drive revenue and satisfaction.
• Serve as primary technical and commercial resource for Advanced Resins; train teams.
• Visit key customers with Sellers to provide support and capture needs.
• Participate in industry trade shows and associations.
