Job summary

You will engage across crypto markets, tokenized assets, liquidity solutions, and custody infrastructure, collaborating with operations, risk, and technology teams to deliver client-focused outcomes and compliant trading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in sales trading, brokerage, capital markets, futures, FX, equities, fixed income, derivatives, or related financial services.
• Strong communication, analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support institutional client relationships and day-to-day trading activity.
• Execute client transactions and monitor market conditions, liquidity, pricing, and execution quality.
• Provide market color, trade ideas, and industry insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with business development, prospecting, and client onboarding.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, risk, treasury, product, and technology teams.
• Monitor developments in cryptocurrency markets, digital asset infrastructure, and regulation.
• Leverage technology and approved AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis, and client service.
• Operate within established risk management, compliance, and supervisory frameworks.
