This remote, senior role focuses on governance, testing, and cross-functional coordination within a highly regulated fintech/finance environment to ensure resilience and readiness against operational disruptions.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in business continuity management or fintech/regulatory sectors.
• Experience building enterprise BC programs with governance and testing.
• Strong ability to perform business impact analyses and define recovery objectives.
• Fluent with disaster recovery concepts and engineering collaboration.
• Experience with third-party risk management and vendor recovery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise BC framework and governance model.
• Partner with business owners for impact analyses and dependencies.
• Set RTO/RPO with owners.
• Define continuity standards and support actionable plans.
• Coordinate BC with DR and incident response.
• Design and lead risk-based exercise programs.
• Assess third-party recovery capabilities with risk management.
