Ladders is seeking a Business Continuity Management Lead to own the enterprise program, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and risk partners to strengthen recovery readiness across critical functions and third-party dependencies.

This remote, senior role focuses on governance, testing, and cross-functional coordination within a highly regulated fintech/finance environment to ensure resilience and readiness against operational disruptions.

Formación

For our client, we are seeking a Business Continuity Management Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own the enterprise business continuity management program and help ensure the organization is prepared to respond effectively to operational disruptions. You will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and risk partners to strengthen recovery readiness across critical functions and third-party dependencies. The position combines governance, testing, and cross-functional coordination with a strong focus on resilience in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $146,700 – $203,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise business continuity framework and governance model
• Partner with business owners to conduct business impact analyses and map dependencies
• Establish recovery time and point objectives with business and technology owners
• Set standards for continuity plans and support owners in developing actionable plans
• Coordinate business continuity with technology disaster recovery and incident response
• Design and lead risk-based exercise programs to test recovery capabilities
• Assess critical provider recovery capabilities in partnership with third-party risk management

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business continuity management or related fields, preferably in fintech or highly regulated environments
• Experience building or enhancing enterprise business continuity programs, including governance and testing
• Strong skills in business impact analysis and recovery objective development
• Technical fluency to collaborate with Engineering on disaster recovery and system dependencies
• Knowledge of third-party risk management and vendor recovery capabilities
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams for remediation efforts
• Excellent communication skills for conveying readiness gaps to senior leadership
• Experience managing a team of business continuity analysts
