Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Business Banking Closing Specialist to provide administrative support to the Sales Team and to coordinate the closing of Business Banking loans.

You will obtain collateral information and communicate with clients to meet credit approval terms. The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of loan processing/closing experience, preferably in real estate loan or title company settings.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of loan processing/closing experience and/or real estate loan/Title company experience.

Responsabilidades

• Generate term sheets/commitment letters and coordinate third‑party reports and title work.
• Coordinate the closing of Business Banking loans with Sales, Credit, and vendors.
• Prepare and track closing expenses, engage legal counsel for trusts and deeds, and clear conditions to close.
• Support the Sales Team and liaison with Huntington and clients for day‑to‑day interactions.
• Ensure proper loan and collateral documentation in line with laws and policies.
• Maintain an active pipeline and coordinate closing dates with markets.
