Syscon, Inc. is seeking a Business Applications Consultant to help clients understand data, improve reporting and workflows, and extract value from technology.

The role focuses on reporting, automation, business applications, process improvement, and emerging AI tools, with heavy client interaction and remote work. The position emphasizes Power BI reporting, Power Platform automation, and collaboration with Sage 100 Contractor and Acumatica, requiring hands-on BI development and strong

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience supporting business applications, ERP systems, reporting, BI, automation, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience creating Power BI reports or dashboards.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and SQL Server.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to translate business needs into reporting or workflow improvements.
• Ability to work with clients to understand needs and deliver solutions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with clients to understand challenges and improve processes, reporting, and technology adoption.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to help clients understand their business.
• Create workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve operations.
• Deploy reports within Sage 100 Contractor and Acumatica; support Syscon's custom applications.
• Train end users and document requirements; manage multiple client priorities with clear communication.
