Syscon, Inc. is seeking a Business Applications Consultant to help clients turn data into actionable insights with reporting, automation, and AI-enabled tools. The role emphasizes client-facing work, remote collaboration, and delivering practical business value using Power BI and Power Platform.

You will work with construction-industry clients, build dashboards, automate workflows, and train end users while growing knowledge across ERP and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting business applications, ERP systems, reporting, BI, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and SQL Server.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience training or supporting end users on business applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand challenges and improve processes, reporting, workflows, and technology adoption.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for client understanding.
• Create workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform.
