The ideal candidate has experience in process design, systems ownership (Smartsheet, PowerBI), and change enablement, with a strong communication and training focus.

Qualifications

• Experience with business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear process designs and system specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting system rollouts, testing, and adoption across departments.
