Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Business Analytics to ensure we solve the right business problems and align data initiatives with business objectives.

You will work with business users, SMEs, product owners, developers, data engineers, and QA teams to elicit requirements, create user stories, process flows, and models. The role emphasizes testing support and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifikationen

Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience translating business processes into Agile requirements.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Familiarity with how to influence without authority.
Strong track record of consensus building and delivering value to the business.
Business acumen and experience with data, reporting, BI, or data warehousing.
