Pearson is seeking a Business Analyst to ensure we solve the right business problems. You’ll work with business users, SMEs, product owners, developers, data engineers, and QA teams to understand needs and align data initiatives with objectives.

The role emphasizes elicitation, use cases, process flows, and creating shared understanding across stakeholders, with a focus on data, reporting, and BI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business processes into Agile requirements.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with how to influence without authority.
• Strong track record of consensus building and delivering value to the business.
• Business acumen.
• Experience working on data, reporting, BI, or data warehouse initiatives.
• Experience in Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation with stakeholders.
