Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience writing requirements for waterfall and agile development.
• Proficiency designing process flows in Microsoft Visio.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and write user stories with acceptance criteria for the dev team.
• Create materials to analyze requirements from a user experience perspective.
• Create/update process maps, Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and related artifacts.
• Translate high-level needs into detailed, testable requirements.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix linked to build objects and test cases.
• Obtain business signoffs at key stage gates.
• Document current state across regional teams and drive alignment across regions.
