Kforce is seeking a Business Analyst/QA Analyst in a fully remote role, supporting a collaborative cross-functional team. You will gather requirements from business users, create user stories, manage the backlog in JIRA, and document test cases in QTest.

The role emphasizes QA activities, data validation, and defect tracking within an Agile environment. You will work with development, QA, and business stakeholders, participate in daily stand-ups, and contribute to two-week sprints.

Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA, backlog management, and defect tracking.
• Experience with QTest and documenting test cases.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong documentation and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially with business users.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document requirements with business users.
• Create and maintain user stories and manage backlog in JIRA.
• Document test cases and testing requirements in QTest.
• Track, document, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprints.
• Communicate requirements and testing results clearly to stakeholders.
