Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst II/QA to support a fully remote team. This hybrid role combines strong business analysis with hands-on testing in an Agile/Scrum environment, using Jira and qTest to manage requirements, test cases, and defects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in application/software testing and BA work, collaborates with stakeholders, and can create user stories, execute test cases, and track progress across sprints.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in application/software testing, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Strong BA capabilities: gathering/documenting requirements, creating user stories, and coordinating testing activities.
• Hands-on testing/QA experience with Agile/Scrum processes and two-week sprints.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create and manage user stories in Jira.
• Support backlog management and defect tracking.
• Create, document, and execute test cases in qTest.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with two-week sprints and standups.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA resources.
• Analyze issues and help implement solutions during the lifecycle.
• Assist testing and QA activities across projects.
