Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business / QA Analyst for a senior hybrid role, bridging business, QA, and Agile delivery within an international team. You will translate needs into user stories, support MVP delivery, and establish QA practices across the full product lifecycle.

The position emphasizes remote-first collaboration across LATAM, with regular overlap to North American business hours and a focus on quality-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning Business Analysis and Quality Assurance in Agile environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable specs.
• Hands-on testing experience with QA methodologies and defect management; familiarity with Playwright is desirable.
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and improve workflows, identifying opportunities for new features.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Maintain traceability between objectives, MVP definitions, and delivered functionality while managing timelines.
• Translate application behavior into comprehensive functional test cases and execute manual testing.
• Establish and maintain QA practices, supporting regression and performance testing; explore automation opportunities with Playwright.
• Log, prioritize, and track defects; work with developers and Product Owners to address issues efficiently.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support beta testing through release cycles.
