Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking a QA/Business Analyst to work closely with business users to gather requirements, create user stories, and manage the backlog using JIRA.

The role includes documenting test cases in QTest, tracking defects, and ensuring frontend-backend data consistency. You will participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate testing results clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with business users

• Basic SQL skills, including simple queries/select statements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
