Job summary

International Consulting Associates Inc seeks a Business Analyst / QA Lead to bridge business requirements and technical execution. You will own requirements documentation, lead test strategy and automation efforts, and ensure quality across releases in an Agile/Scrum setup.

You will create test plans, drive acceptance criteria, manage defects, and mentor team members while collaborating with Product Owners and developers across federal-focused programs. Remote EST-based work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a combined BA/QA or QA Lead role, with evidence of requirements documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing and managing test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Proficient with test automation tooling (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman/RestAssured).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence for tracking work.
• Ability to lead QA activities independently and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Own QA strategy for products/features from planning through release.
• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts; lead manual and automated testing.
• Track defects, drive triage, and ensure timely resolution with dev teams.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to align scope and quality.
