Job summary

ERMCO, a leading transformer manufacturer in the United States, seeks a Business Analyst to partner with manufacturing operations, engineering, finance and IT to define requirements and lead evaluations and reporting across functions.

You will support strategic initiatives, perform project analyses, deliver actionable insights, and present findings to internal teams and senior leadership while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business or Finance, or 2–7 years of relevant experience.
• 3–6 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or financial environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
• Analytical skills to support and enhance supply chain strategy and goals.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to work with others and independently.
• Fast-paced, independent work environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data sources to support business analytics.
• Lead internal and external data analyses and provide recommendations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements with site leaders, finance, engineering, and operations.
• Support data compilation to inform business decisions.
• Prepare KPI reporting and cost/benefit analyses.
• Present findings to management and stakeholders.
