Index Analytics LLC is a Baltimore-based firm providing health-related consulting to the federal government. We seek a Business Analyst/Tester for a remote role to analyze requirements, write user stories, and conduct comprehensive testing in an agile setting.

You will develop and execute test plans, create traceability, and collaborate across teams, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. and able to obtain a government badge.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years in business analysis and/or testing, CMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as both business analyst and test engineer on government projects.
• Analyze requirements and establish acceptance criteria.
• Develop test plans and cases based on user story criteria.
• Perform functional and regression testing to verify requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure usability for end users.
• Create traceability matrices linking requirements to features.
• Prepare test findings reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to SOPs, guides, and training materials.
• Engage with internal and external customers and support processes.
