Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC seeks a Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements while supporting software implementations and testing.

You will collaborate with customers, developers, testers, and project leadership, translating requirements and managing multiple high-visibility, time-sensitive projects with strong communication and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of business analysis or requirements gathering experience.
• Proven experience documenting business requirements in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, test documentation, and other solution documentation.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
