Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support software and business process solutions from requirements to testing. You will translate complex needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with customers, developers, testers, and leadership, and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.

Location: Remote (US). The selected candidate must be located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements in a professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, test documentation, and other solution documentation.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
