Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of software and business process solutions. You will gather and analyze requirements, engage stakeholders, document solutions, and support implementation and testing activities.

The role demands strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex needs into actionable requirements while coordinating with customers, developers, testers, and leadership. Remote work is supported in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Proven experience documenting business requirements in a professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, test documentation, and other solution documentation.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
