• Proven ability to challenge assumptions and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational needs across regions and functions and map to CORE requirements.
• Translate needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Facilitate workshops and reviews to align priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as voice of the business within CORE, promoting harmonized processes and adoption.
• Support deployment, UAT, and post-go-live adoption activities.
