RTX Enterprise Services seeks a Business Analyst for remote work in the United States. You will bridge business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure applications meet evolving needs and align with strategic objectives.

You will gather complex requirements, refine backlogs, and guide lifecycle support for internally developed software. Strong collaboration, documentation, and agile adherence are essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience or minimum of 3 years with Advanced degree; Bachelor's degree required.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
Experience facilitating discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
Support internally developed software applications throughout their lifecycle, including requirements management and process improvement.
Conduct backlog refinement and prioritize requirements with product owners and development teams.
Utilize requirements management, process modeling, and documentation tools to create actionable solutions.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure deliverables align with Agile/Scrum methodologies and organizational goals.
Work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
