RTX is seeking a Business Analyst to support mission-critical applications as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and end-users. The role focuses on gathering requirements, refining backlogs, and ensuring Agile alignment across projects, with a broad benefits package and security-conscious hiring process.

The position is US-based, remote, with a salary range of 86,800–165,200 USD and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum of 5 years of experience or minimum of 3 years of experience with Advanced degree. Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience supporting software applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
• Experience facilitating discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Support internally developed software applications throughout their lifecycle, including requirements management and process improvement.
• Conduct backlog refinement and prioritize requirements with product owners and development teams.
• Utilize requirements management, process modeling, and documentation tools to create actionable solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure deliverables align with Agile/Scrum methodologies and organizational goals.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Strong record maintenance and attention to detail in support of ongoing application re-certifications process.
