Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Miramar, FL is seeking a Building Automation Service Specialist - Lead or Senior to support our greater Miami area customers. You will lead service tasks on building automation systems, perform preventive maintenance, respond to on-site and after-hours service calls, and mentor junior technicians.

You will develop relationships with customer teams, identify opportunities for service upgrades, and coordinate with internal service groups to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of preventive maintenance and diagnostics experience on building automation systems.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP networks and related engineering concepts.
• Willingness to work overtime/on-call and travel to customer sites as required.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead service tasks on building automation systems, including maintenance and projects.
• Respond to emergency service calls during and after hours as needed.
• Develop customer relationships and identify service upgrade opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, RAM Digital Service Center) to support service delivery.
• Perform system start-up, testing, documentation, and on-site training as required.
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure adherence to safety policies.
