Qualifications

• Combination: mixed education and experience may meet the requirements at GS-09 grade level.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational oversight of operating budget.
• Ensures billings are accurate for approval and payment.
• Identifies budget trends, problem areas, deficiencies, and imbalances.
• Assists in developing data for short- and long-term planning for efficiency.
• Researches and analyzes personnel and administrative matters.
