Job summary

Flourish Research is actively hiring a remote Budget & Contracts Coordinator to support budgets and contract start-up for clinical studies. This role offers a Monday-Friday day shift with remote location and non-exempt status.

Compensation ranges from $26 to $36 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or finance and 2+ years of research budgeting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research budgeting or contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, marketing, and business teams to ensure timely contract execution and study start-up.
• Review budget line items to ensure all costs are accurately represented.
• Develop and/or review budgets according to contract guidelines.
• Effectively track and maintain project and contract timelines.
• Evaluate financial viability of clinical trials.
• Assist with key initiatives and process improvements within the department.
