Job summary

Actalent is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Contracts Manager to develop and negotiate investigator budgets for clinical studies. You will manage external providers, maintain tracking of study agreements, and advise on Fair Market Value while supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts.

This is a remote role with a base in the Alameda, CA area. The ideal candidate has oncology experience, strong MS Excel skills, and a background in academic medical centers or clinical site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech budgeting.
• Experience in academic medical centers or clinical site operations.
• Knowledge of Medicare coverage analyses and CPT coding for USA sites.
• Oncology experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop investigator grant budgets per protocol specifications.
• Negotiate budgets with investigators or site personnel.
• Manage providers for outsourced budget negotiations.
