Job summary

Patriot Bank, N.A. is seeking a BSA Analyst within Financial Crime Investigations to conduct detailed BSA/AML reviews and investigations on retail and digital payments activity. This fully remote role supports program manager relationships and ensures effective risk management.

You will review alerts, document findings, and assist with SARs while collaborating across Risk, Compliance and Operations. Robust analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years in BSA/AML, fraud, or related risk at a financial institution.
• Minimum of one year of experience with card or digital payments.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML detection, alert review, and investigation practices.

Responsibilities

• Review BSA/AML alerts and investigate retail banking and digital payments activity.
• Evaluate activity and determine risk-based actions including escalation or monitoring.
• Identify trends, control gaps and communicate observations to management.
• Assist with SAR preparation and cross-team collaboration for consistent reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and R/C requirements relevant to BSA/AML.
