Job summary

Atomic is seeking an Operations Associate to support self-clearing infrastructure and corporate actions processing. You will handle day-to-day actions including splits, spin-offs, distributions, mergers, and tender/exchange offers, ensuring accurate clearance and settlement.

You should have hands-on experience with corporate actions and clearance operations, plus a current Series 24 license. You will work with engineering, product, and compliance to strengthen processes and controls as Atomic

Qualifications

• Active Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license required.
• Direct experience processing corporate actions at broker-dealer or clearing firm.
• Experience with clearance and settlement operations in self-clearing environments.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate actions (splits, spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/offers).
• Support clearance and settlement activities for self-clearing operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance to improve processes and controls.
• Resolve data quality and booking issues as they arise.
