Qualifikationen

• Direct experience with corporate actions processing at a broker-dealer or clearing firm.
• Expertise with NSCC/DTC processes and double-entry booking methodology.

Aufgaben

• Process corporate actions (splits, spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers) accurately and on time.
• Support clearance and settlement operations, including position reconciliation and asset servicing.
• Resolve data quality and booking issues across custody, trade, and cash ledgers.
