Job summary

Thrivent in the United States is seeking a service-oriented professional to handle inbound calls, process new accounts, maintenance, transfers and distributions, and respond to non-routine items while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role allows remote work within the US after training, with a schedule Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central, and requires FINRA licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days, plus strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66, required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Answer member and field phone calls and process new account documents, maintenance, transfers and distributions.
• Analyze and process non-routine and/or complex transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with service teams and maintain quality relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide timely, clear communications about account status and service levels.
