Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer member and field phone calls and process new accounts.
• Handle maintenance, transfers and distributions.
• Analyze and process non-routine or complex transactions.
• Collaborate with other service teams to meet SLAs.
