Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Economics).
• 3-5 years experience in Brokerage industry, with focus on Account Transfers.

Responsibilities

• Answer member and field phone calls and assist teammates.
• Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers and distributions.
• Analyze non-routine and complex new business and service transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in service levels and regulatory compliance.
• Provide quality customer service with clear operational communications.
