Thrivent is seeking a service-oriented associate to answer member and field calls, process new accounts and transfers, and ensure accurate, compliant handling of complex transactions. You will support policy development and collaborate across teams to meet service targets.

Ideal candidates have a finance or business background, strong communication, and FINRA licensing or the ability to obtain within 90 days. Role is full-time in the Minneapolis area with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-2 years in financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide services as part of a brokerage operations team, handling calls and workflow.
• Maintain understanding of brokerage products and applicable policies.
• Build professional relationships with field professionals and internal units.
• Analyze and provide timely service meeting quality standards.
• Communicate clearly to convey account status and progress.
