Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking an attentive brokerage operations associate in Minneapolis to support handling incoming calls, processing new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers and distributions. You will analyze non-routine items and collaborate across teams to meet service levels and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy, and timely updates to field professionals and clients, with outbound calls as needed and ongoing process improvement support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong written and communication skills; proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming member and field phone calls and process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers and distributions.
• Analyze non-routine and complex transactions and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
• Provide outbound calls as required and support in policy/procedure development and quality assessments.
• Collaborate with brokerage operations team and other service units to maintain workflow and service levels.
• Deliver high quality, detailed, and timely communications to field and clients about account status.
