The ideal candidate has 10+ years in brokerage operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with SQL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brokerage operations.
• Finance technology data services and wealth platform industry background.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and data relationship modeling.
• SQL skills preferred.
• Experience liaising between the business and technology teams.
• Some travel to client sites may be required to facilitate requirements, deployments, and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Understand baseline products and data models, their interdependencies, and methods for configuring each module for the Client.
• Elicit client requirements through interviews, document analysis, data analysis and by writing/joint reviews of use cases, user stories, data flow, and system workflows.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align on scope, estimates, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Analysts, Client Service Managers, Product Specialists and Developers to finalize the client Solution Document and communicate the solution to the client.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and configuration.
• Develop SQL scripts and tools to assist with data analysis, QA, and configurations.
• Progress project tasks through the workflow using JIRA.
• Conduct external client training on delivered solutions.
• Triage and analyze UAT and Production support issues with BRACS teams.
