Field 30-50 calls per day on the Morgan Stanley Service Network via Genesys.
Maintain detailed call log documentation using Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with teams across Reg D, Transactional Processing, Product Management, and more on processing requests.
Engage in ad hoc projects supporting Alternative Investment Operations teams.
Deliver world-class service to Financial Advisors and their staff.
Participate in training to stay updated on products and systems.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette and caller satisfaction.
Adhere to schedule adjustments and work in a hybrid environment.
