Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Business Analyst with Brokerage and Operations experience for a contract, remote role in the United States. You will elicit and document requirements, create artefacts, and collaborate with internal/external teams across the conversion lifecycle.

Travel is limited, and you’ll work mainly off-site. Responsibilities include translating requirements into functional specs, developing SQL scripts for data analysis, and supporting UAT and production issues.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brokerage operations.
• Experience in finance technology data services and wealth platform industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and mapping.
• SQL skills preferred.
• Experience working on software projects with engineers, QA, sales, and support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Understand baseline products, data models, and module configurations.
• Elicit client requirements via interviews, analysis, and reviews.
• Assist project managers with scope, resourcing, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with analysts, service managers and developers to finalize the Solution Document.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development.
• Develop SQL scripts and data analysis tools for QA and configuration.
• Track tasks using JIRA and coordinate with BRACS teams.
• Conduct external client training on delivered solutions.
• Triage and analyze UAT and production issues with internal teams.
